Creating Tollefson Law's Brand
We crafted a brand, logo, messaging, and website for Tollefson Law that reflect their core values and mission. Inspired by B.C. artist Rika’s coastal scenes, the logo features a breaking wave symbolizing their dedication to safeguarding the natural world. The brand messaging clearly communicates their commitment to environmental, climate, and resource governance law.
By integrating natural imagery and local art, we created a cohesive and engaging platform that truly represents the firm's dedication to the environment and their community.
How we did it.
Problem
Tollefson Law’s previous brand presence felt traditional, corporate, and visually indistinct within the legal industry. The firm needed a stronger identity that reflected the depth of their work in environmental, climate, and public interest law while creating a more elevated and memorable presence.
Solution
We developed a refined brand identity, messaging system, and website that positioned Tollefson Law as progressive, intelligent, and deeply connected to the natural world. Inspired by the West Coast landscape and artwork by B.C. artist Rika, the visual identity centered around a breaking wave symbol representing protection, movement, and environmental stewardship.
Outcome
The result was a distinctive and elevated brand that moved the firm beyond the expectations of a conventional law practice. The new identity created a more modern, credible, and emotionally resonant presence that better reflected the firm’s leadership in environmental and public interest law.
