Our thoughts on creativity, design, ourselves, others and business.

Initial Observations.

We are a communications company.

We acknowledge we live, create and design in the unceded traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

We are creative people. We are business people. We are people people. 

We respect and acknowledge First Nations, Indigenous and LGBTQ peoples and communities.

We employ accurate knowledge and creative thinking to achieve effective outcomes.

We see the power in communication + creativity. We see the business in it as well. 

Expect nothing less than our best. Expect nothing more. 

Expect a positive working environment, particularly on Fridays.

Expect Professionals - Conception to delivery, people to machines, book-keeping to creative. 

We consider napping a valuable part of the creative process and bill for it.

When awake we are often open minded and embrace change.

We evaluate and qualify our work based on personal, social and monetary values.

The quality of the outcome will not be dictated by the value of the income.

We encourage personal expression. As long as the client likes it.

We will make misteaks. 

We value a good story and a good visual. 

No cows are ever harmed during our branding process. 

We are at home outside and inside the box.

We are running, building and managing a business too. We empathize.
